Meet the Brooklyn Brothers

Paul (Papa P) & Chef Dom Simonetti were born and raised at a section of Brooklyn, New York, where at the time was the heart of a thriving Italian community.  At a very early age, Papa P & Chef Dom began their career at the family’s Italian restaurant where they learned the family recipes, which were inspired by their Southern Italian parents and their love and respect for quality and tradition.  Now retired from the restaurant industry, Papa P & Chef Dom still have an incredible passion for cooking at home for family and friends.  We hope you enjoy our instructional videos on how to cook these amazing Italian Recipes.
