Dough Ingredients:
- 12.8 oz. Lukewarm water
- 2,25 tsp. Active dried yeast
- 21.4 oz. 00 Flour
- 2.5 tsp. Sea salt
Instructions:
- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sea salt and flour together.
- Once the yeast has dissolved, combine it with the flour and salt mixture.
- Knead for 10-15 minutes until the dough is smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 2 hours.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into four equal pieces.
- Gently roll each piece into a ball. Place the dough balls on a floured tray, cover, and let rise for another 1-2 hours.
- The dough is now ready to use.
Pizza Sauce:
- 14 0z. of crushed tomatoes
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Mix well together and let chill for at least 30 minutes
