Neapolitan Pizza

Dough Ingredients:

  • 12.8 oz. Lukewarm water
  • 2,25 tsp. Active dried yeast
  • 21.4 oz. 00 Flour
  • 2.5 tsp. Sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. 
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sea salt and flour together. 
  3. Once the yeast has dissolved, combine it with the flour and salt mixture. 
  4. Knead for 10-15 minutes until the dough is smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 2 hours. 
  5. Remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into four equal pieces. 
  6. Gently roll each piece into a ball. Place the dough balls on a floured tray, cover, and let rise for another 1-2 hours. 
  7. The dough is now ready to use.


Pizza Sauce:

  • 14 0z. of crushed tomatoes
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Mix well together and let chill for at least 30 minutes
